We are renting our two bedroom flat in Flagey, Brussels (112m) from September. In one of the iconic buildings overlooking Flagey - buzzing neighbourhood and the Bois de la Cambre nearby. We bought the flat in 2019 and it was fully renovated by the previous owner with high quality materials and appliances. It can come semi furnished with a bed/matress, if requested. The flat has high ceilings, wooden floors, double glazed windows, wardrobes included in both bedrooms and one at the entrance, a two-sink shower room and a toilet separate. The flat is very quiet and bedrooms face the interior garden. You have a balcony and big windows letting in lots of light. The building has two elevators and a concierge. There’s a bike spot, a cellar and an underground room for the bins and recycling. The flat will be newly repainted in August. We’re looking for lovely people who will take care of the space long term ideally. We will remain reachable in case of any issues.
