In mid-October I'll leave my 2-room apartment near Place Flagey. Tram line 81, buses 38, 95 and S5 (Gemoir) are close by as well as Lidl and many restaurants. It consists of a big living room with access to the beautiful balcony, a bedroom with en-suite shower-room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a separate toilet and a storage room with washing machine/dryer, heating system and ventilation system. The flat is fully furnished, including appliances (coffee machine, TV, washing machine, iron, cleaning bucket, kitchen appliances like cutlery). Loan is 1.275 € (including also a small storage room in the basement) + 125 € common costs. Electricity + gas (97 €), water (18 €) come on top. Viewings are taking place this week (Wednesday – Saturday).
