Its location is very convenient - proximity of St.Cathrine, Tour and Taxis and metro/tram/bus routes gives decent flexibility to travel. The building has a backyard where we keep bicycles.
The apartment was fully renovated some 10 years ago and all is fully functional. @ years ago the floors were renewed, refreshed. The new windows keep the warm and also help to insulate the noise from the streets.
I am looking for a long term rental person/s who will fit well within the neighbours - we are all very nice people here :)
