The apartment is very large (70 m2) and comfortable. The entrance opens onto a very spacious living room (26 m2). It is a very sunny room with 2 windows. There is a table for 5 people, a 40 "LCD TV with NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME, SPOTIFY and other apps, a double sofa bed and a sofa. From the living room a corridor will take you to the other rooms. At the end of the corridor is the bedroom. It is a very comfortable and elegant room. It is sunny and spacious (26 m2). There is a double sofa bed with hypoallergenic mattress, another 40 "TV and a large wardrobe. This room also has a sofa bed for a 5th guest. The apartment also has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, Italian coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (we provide the best capsule for an original Italian espresso) and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom is very comfortable, it has a bathtub. Hot water is unlimited.
